FREE Therapy Services for Sacramento County Residents

HearYou.org is proud to partner with Sac Collab to offer FREE online face-to-face therapy for Sacramento County residents.

To get started, visit hearyou.org/saccollab to complete a short confidential form. A HearYou.org Care Coordinator will contact you within four business days to schedule your first session.

As educators, students, families, and community members are struggling with the ongoing transition associated with COVID-19, mental health services are more important than ever. Confidential online sessions are facilitated by mental health clinicians from HearYou.org, a division of Wellness Together, Inc.

 

Currently Available for Sacramento County Residents*

Ages 4 - 26 yrs: Up to 10 FREE sessions
Ages 27+ yrs: Up to 6 FREE sessions

*Confidential online therapy for individuals is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Online face-to-face therapy may not be appropriate for all people and situations. Additional referrals may be made to community resources if necessary. Space and funding are limited. Free therapy services through the HearYou.org & Sac Collab partnership are available to Sacramento County residents through June 30, 2022, or while funding is available.
