News for The Week of January 24th-28th
The Board took action some really important items over the last two weeks:
- Our unified school has an approved name Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Academy! We are excited that on the eve of Dr. Kings's Birthday this recommendation from the Advisory Board was approved by the Board of Trustees!
- Measure P Project List approved!
- New field for Phillips Dr. Campus in Marin City
- New school building for Nevada St. Campus
- We need you to participate in the design of both projects or to join our Bond Oversight Committee
- Budget Advisory Committee formed
- Community input on necessary budget reductions

Marin City Vaccine Clinic
ATTENTION 94965 RESIDENTS: TOMORROW, January 26, there will be a vaccine clinic at Marin City Health and Wellness Center from 1:00 – 4:00 PM. There are appointments and WALK UPs available. Appointments should be scheduled in advance at https://myturn.ca.gov/. Community members can find the clinic by searching by zip code.
