Dear SRVUSD Parents and Caregivers,
As you know, one of our Strategic Directions is the Culture of Responsiveness, where our goal is to effectively serve our partners by listening, responding promptly, changing practices when appropriate, and communicating the rationale for decisions, so students always remain the focus of our efforts.
This is our third year of administering a Culture of Responsiveness survey, where we ask you to tell us how we are doing and help guide our continued work. Since the adoption of our strategic goals several years ago, we have worked diligently at both the school site and district level to strengthen relationships with our staff and parents/caregivers. The focus has been to cultivate a culture of collective responsibility to ensure every student has access to the learning environments that will help them thrive and succeed.
We ask that you take a moment out of your day to take the Culture of Responsiveness Survey. Why should you take 10 minutes to complete this survey? Because it will:
-
Influence how our school and the district communicate with our families.
- Help us understand how we can better communicate about all aspects of your child’s learning experience.
-
Support our efforts to enhance and improve home-to-school partnerships.
When completed, the information collected will be evaluated and compared against prior survey data and used to guide our communication and responsiveness work across SRVUSD. Thank you for your support to prioritize and strengthen our practices by participating in the survey. It will remain open through Friday, April 4, 2025.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to communications@srvusd.net.
