Dear Middle and High School Students,
There are still a few open spots for this Wednesday’s Office Hours with your student Board member, Travis Hodges.
The student Board member’s role is to bring the voice, ideas, and viewpoints of students to matters that are being discussed and/or voted upon by the five elected adult members of SRVUSD’s Board of Education. Some items being discussed at upcoming meetings are:
- Adding a cell phone use policy for next school year
- Approving curriculum for the new Ethnic Studies course
- Budget reductions and the 2025-26 school year
With a Board of Education meeting coming up next Tuesday night, it’s your opportunity to ask questions and get your ideas or concerns to Travis by signing up for this Wednesday’s Office Hours.
