You are invited to participate in a community input session to help select our next superintendent. Your insights will directly inform the selection process.
Session Details:
Date: Thursday, February 13
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Location: Cano Hall, Las Lomitas Elementary School
Facilitator: Jacki Horejs, Leadership Associates
During this 30-minute session, the consultant will provide an overview of the process and then ask two primary questions:
What are the desirable qualities, characteristics, background, and professional and personal experiences for the next superintendent?
What do you see as the strengths of the district and the major challenges facing the district in the years ahead?
Your feedback is valuable. Ms. Horejs will compile all responses into a report that will be shared with the Board and the incoming superintendent.
