Enrollment for the 2025-2026 School Year

Tuesday, February 4: enrollment opens for new students. Please complete your reenrollment as soon as possible to ensure your child's spot in their class; log in to the Family Portal to begin.

TTEF Scholarships

Please visit the scholarships page on the school website for a refresher on how the application process works for TTEF scholarships as well as St. Joseph grants. Two of the most important things to remember are that not all the scholarships are need-based, and they are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, so applying early is critical. The TTEF scholarship application window is open through February 28.

Spring Musical 2025

Auditions are upcoming on February 18^th and 19^th. Director Maria Bartollota has provided a document with full details that you may review.

Catholic Schools Week

EZ School Lunch Accounts

Please log in to EZ School lunch and make a payment if your child's account has a negative balance. Beginning on February 3, lunch orders will no longer be accepted unless funds are on account or payment is made at the time the order is placed.

Thanks from the Jackson Family

We are happy to report that Mr. Kevin Jackson has been transferred to a rehab facility in Chicago where he will be able to receive important physical therapy. The family is very grateful for all the rides and meals and other support they have received from the angels-on-earth in the SJS community.

Art Room Project

The project to renovate the art room is taking shape, and as most projects go, it has exceeded our original cost estimate. We are grateful for everyone's contributions and we will graciously continue to accept donation for this most-worthwhile cause.

First Reconciliation

Congratulations to our second graders who received their First Reconciliation on January 23, to the teachers who prepared them for this big step in their Catholic formation, and to their parents whose example guides them along the way. 

Decades Trivia Night

"Decades" Trivia Night is fast approaching on January 31st. Please visit the parish website for the link to buy tickets as well as a link to sign up to volunteer. Here's your chance to bring back those 70s bell bottoms or '80s big hair! 

St. Joseph Parish hosts several fundraisers and events throughout the year to support general parish needs. Trivia Night is one of them. Please join us for a fun night in support of our parish community.

News from Little Friends

Little Friends of St. Joseph had a special visit from the Rock Community Fire Department this past week as part of their monthly reading program. The firefighters shared a book about fire safety and community helpers. It was a fantastic experience for the children to learn about the important role firefighters play, all while enjoying a fun and educational story. The kids were so engaged and asked lots of questions, making it a memorable and inspiring day for everyone.

KIND KART BLUES TICKET RAFFLE

Third Grade Kind Kart is raffling 1 basket with 4 tickets to a Blues game. The Kind Kart takes snacks, drinks, and goodies around each month to show appreciation to our amazing staff plus they put on a catered luncheon at one of the faculty meetings. This money will go towards the gifts and the faculty luncheon.  Please fill out the this form and turn it in with cash only by Thursday, January 30, 2025 to Mrs. Walsh.  Names will be drawn on Friday, January 31, 2025.

Raffle tickets are $10.00 each or 3 for $20.00.
