Dear SRVUSD Families,

We hope that you have had a great first few weeks of school and that you and your student(s) have settled back into a routine. We are so happy to have our students back on campus!

The first edition of SRVUSD’s weekly family communication, Friday Brights, will begin on Friday, September 6th. In the meantime, we have a couple of items to share.

District-Wide Run for Education Spirit Day- Friday, September 6

All schools are participating in the September 6th Run for Education district-wide Spirit Day. Students and staff are asked to show support and excitement for the upcoming San Ramon Valley Education Foundation’s Run for Education by wearing items that show spirit! This could include hats, shirts, medals, or gear from previous Runs for Education or wearing the primary colors found in the Ed Foundation logo. The most spirited school will get a VIP tent for their school at the Run for Education on October 13th! Thank you in advance for participating and showing your support.

Bikes, E-Bikes & E-Scooter Safety: Parent Education Night- September 12

6:00 - 7:00 pm. Danville Community Center, 420 Front St., Danville

In partnership with the SRV Council of PTAs, and the Police Departments from Danville and San Ramon, SRVUSD is offering an in-person parent education event to share information on the safety and laws surrounding these popular modes of transportation. All parents/caregivers are welcome. Please register to attend the event.

We are always happy to welcome parents/caregivers at our schools. As a reminder, please check in at the school office each time you come onto campus. Adherence to simple guidelines like this makes a difference in keeping our schools safe.
