Got Sneakers!
We want your sneakers! PTO is kicking off a sneaker drive and is looking for slightly used sneakers. All sneakers received will be sent to Got Sneakers and all reusable sneakers will be recirculated to secondhand markets. This helps families have access to affordable footwear as well as keeping sneakers out of landfills, which is a win win! All unusable footwear is recycled and the materials are reused. In addition, depending on condition, the PTO has an opportunity to earn up to $7.00 per pair of sneakers. All money raised from the drive will go towards getting our school's new running track (as mentioned in Weekly Snapshot). Please look for the donation box outside of the office.
Please note that we can only accept sneakers and hiking boots. No non-athletic footwear will be accepted. |
