The price includes dinner, desserts, activities, and private transportation on chartered luxury coach buses to The Lake Chalet in Oakland. Students will be able to enjoy views of Lake Merritt, photo booths, a DJ, Karaoke, and more!
No Refunds on ANY purchased tickets.
Juniors must use their own ID number to purchase a ticket.
We prefer that all SRV students attending Junior Prom purchase their tickets using a Credit or Debit Card on the SRVHS webstore.
Cash or Check purchases can be made at Brunch and Lunch from Mrs. Power in the attendance office. NO EXCEPTIONS. The last day is March 1, 2024.
If any tickets are approved to be purchased after the deadline there is an additional $25 processing fee.

TICKETS

REQUIRED SRVHS ACTIVITIES PERMISSION FORM

SRVHS Student Guests (Freshmen, Sophomores, or Seniors) must be sponsored by an SRV Junior to attend the Prom and the name of the SRV Junior must be provided when you purchase a guest ticket.

NON-SRVHS STUDENT GUESTS

Guests are allowed from ANY High School. Guests must also fill out this form before the ticket is purchased. For any non-district guests, fill out this form Guest Form
Juniors must purchase a ticket for a NON-SRVHS guest IN PERSON in the Attendance office at brunch and lunch by March 1. If this deadline can not be met you must email Katy Power (SR)
When buying a non-district guest ticket you must bring the SIGNED and approved Guest Permission form to the Attendance office.
Students with incomplete paperwork will not be able to attend prom, payment alone does not guarantee admission.

BUS TRANSPORTATION

Because of parking and safety issues, all students are required to travel on the chartered luxury buses that are provided by SRVHS and included in the price of the ticket.
Please arrive at the SRVHS main gym by 6:00 PM for check-in and loading.
After Prom, buses will depart at 10:00 pm and arrive back at SRVHS at approximately 10:40 pm.

OTHER / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Students with chronic tardies or absences and unserved detentions will not be able to attend.
A photo ID is required by everyone, including guests, for admittance to the Prom.
Supervised coat checks will be available for items such as cameras, jackets, purses, etc. However, we are not responsible for lost items.
Partial scholarships are available for the Class of 2025 Junior students in need; we do not want money to hinder a student’s desire to attend. Email Janet Willford at jwillford@srvusd.net if there is a financial need.
No gum will be allowed on the bus, or on the site.
We suggest comfortable shoes, as heels are not dock-friendly at Lake Chalet!
